Symphony, Colts Present Joint Pops Concert Posted 27 June 2008 The Dubuque Symphony Independent Pops Concert will be held tomorrow night, Saturday, June 28, beginning at 5 p.m. at the Dubuque County Fairgrounds, 14569 Old Highway Road, just west of Dubuque. Performances of patriotic music by the Dubuque Symphony Orchestra and Colts Drum and Bugle Corps will be featured There will also be fun games for kids, Uncle Sam's march, a raffle, food and fireworks.
