Edgewood
Rodeo Starts Tomorrow

The 21st Annual Edgewood Pro-Rodeo begins tomorrow, Thursday, June 26,
and runs through Saturday, June 28. Rodeo starts at 8 p.m. each night,
with a dance to follow. Activities in Edgewood will continue through
Sunday, June 29.
Advance tickets are $10 for adults, and $7 for children 5-12, with
tickets at the gate two dollars more. Advance tickets available from
Edgewood Chamber members and at all Community Savings Bank locations.
The rodeo is held rain or shine.
Rodeo activities kick off Thursday, with games and rides from 1 to 3
p.m., as well as a rock climbing wall and Fast Pitch.
Friday includes Golf Tournament at WoodsEdge, with proceeds going to
the Nick Brady Scholarship Fund. To sign up, call 928-7118.
Saturday's events include the 5K Run/Walk Gallop and Trot at Community
Dreams Field at 8 a.m. and Kids Fun Run at 9:15 a.m., Kiddie Tractor
Pull at 11 a.m., Kids Carnival from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sheep Rodeo at 3
p.m., and Eklipse Hip Hop Dance Team at 4 p.m. Parade begins at 2 p.m.
on Saturday, with a Classic Car Display from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
On Sunday, June 29, the Edgewood Firemen's Breakfast will be held from
8 a.m. to noon at the fire station, followed by the Demo Derby at 1
